Immigration breakfast seminar - Brexit and beyond

On Thursday 17 October 2019 LDI delivered an essential guide to developments in immigration law for employers, the session covered:

  • the latest changes to Tier 2 and employment routes
  • the EU Settlement Scheme and the new European Temporary Leave Scheme
  • the new immigration system after Brexit

During the event our lawyers also discussed the new Migration Advisory Committee’s (MAC) consultation on Tier 2 salary thresholds and the proposed ‘Australian-style’ points based system and gave attendees the opportunity to feedback their views to be included in a consolidated report that Laura Devine Immigration will submit to the MAC.
